Kirt Hickman Author of I Will Eat Anything

Kirt Hickman was born in 1966 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He earned two engineering degrees from the University of New Mexico. He has published the sci-fi thrillers Worlds Asunder and Venus Rain, and the writers’ how-to Revising Fiction: Making Sense of the Madness. I Will Eat Anything is Kirt’s first children’s book.

Steve Barr Illustrator of I Will Eat Anything

Steve Barr is a cartoonist who was born and raised in New Jersey, but now calls the mountains of western North Carolina his home.

He started selling his work to magazines and newspapers when he was only in the seventh grade, and has been at it ever since.

His past work includes writing and drawing the syndicated comic strip "Snapdragon" for Tribune Media services, illustrating tons of children's books and doing single panel gag cartoons for The Complete Idiot's Guides and the Chicken Soup for the Soul series.

Steve is also the author of the "1-2-3 Draw" series of art instruction books that teach young children how to create cartoons of their very own.
